Sollayr est un artiste musicien et producteur de musique électronique. Son univers musique évolue autour de l’Électro Folk. Son inspiration découle de l’énergie musicale d’artistes tels que Flume, Bonobo, ou encore Petit Biscuit, qui parviennent à transporter leur public dans un véritable voyage musical. En concert, Sollayr fusionne ses productions électroniques avec le son aérien de sa guitare folk, son premier instrument.
Always in search of exploration, whether it be interior or geographical, his music reflects his introspection. Sound and the construction of his songs take us into a world at once soft and hypnotic, like his flagship singles « Kan Te Faya » or « Mind Made Up » directed in collaboration with American singer Sita.
The symbolism of his pseudonym ‘Sollayr' is a tribute to those whom he considers ‘solars' and who are inspiring to him. But « Solar being »Really, what is it?
